Color: Clear pale straw with green tinge
Aromatics: A perfumed nose of rose petal, red apple, pear, lime quince and melon.
Taste: Exhibits pear, apple, quince characters paralleled with crisp lemon / lime acidity encasing the delicate mousse. Finishes with a hint of minerality and flintiness.
